Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Business Administration
• 1.5–3 years hands-on order management experience
• Strong Microsoft Office and enterprise system proficiency (Oracle JD Edwards, SAP)
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure
• Flexibility to work night shifts
