Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Customer Service Representative II to provide support across the service lifecycle, handling inquiries, processing orders, and managing customer relationships. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and serve as key contact point for internal and external customers
• Process orders, manage quotations, and track shipments using ERP and CRM systems
• Resolve customer issues and maintain satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
• Maintain accurate customer data and documentation while ensuring compliance with standards
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in SSC or multinational settings
• Government Body award or equivalent certification
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills; European language proficiency valued
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) beneficial; CRM systems experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
