Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and serve as key contact point for internal and external customers
• Process orders, manage quotations, and track shipments using ERP and CRM systems
• Resolve customer issues and maintain data accuracy while ensuring satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Support routine tasks independently and participate in cross-training activities as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in SSC or multinational environment
• Government Body award or equivalent certification
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills; European language proficiency valued
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) beneficial; training provided
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking under deadlines
