Should have good experience with tools like Freshdesk/Zoho Desk, and the ability to handle escalations, returns, delays, and customer dissatisfaction professionally.
Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
Experience driving Customer Satisfaction through service quality, feedback management, and issue resolution.
Analytical Skills to interpret support metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely and effective resolution.
Manage the customer service department budget effectively.
