Role Overview
This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients within the IT Services sector, dedicated to ensuring high-quality support and fostering strong client relationships. The Customer Service Executive plays a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and upholding the company's reputation for excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture client relationships through consistent and professional communication.
Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues to provide effective and timely solutions.
Employ active listening techniques to fully understand client needs and concerns.
Handle voice-based interactions and general customer service protocols with professionalism.
Process and resolve customer queries regarding services and products accurately.
Articulate information clearly and concisely during verbal interactions with clients.
Qualifications and Skills
