Customer Service Engineer in भारत

GE HealthCare seeks a Customer Service Engineer to perform maintenance, repair, and inspection activities on installed medical equipment at customer sites. The role involves on-site diagnostics, commissioning, and engineering decision-making, requiring a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and remedial maintenance on installed medical equipment at customer sites
• Execute on-site diagnostics, welding, machining, NDT, and commissioning of new or existing equipment
• Supervise construction and commissioning activities for installed fleets
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues and exchange information
• Ensure quality of work and follow established operational procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 5+ years of services/field services experience
• On-site maintenance, repair, and inspection capabilities for medical equipment fleets
• Technical expertise in diagnostics, NDT, welding, machining, or generator systems
• Ability to make independent engineering decisions within defined parameters
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills
