Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot all MR modality equipment models in assigned territory
• Complete field modification instructions and preventive maintenance service documentation
• Resolve complex technical issues using established procedures and protocols
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and serve as technical interface
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address out-of-scope technical issues

Requirements

• 3+ years of field service experience with MR modality equipment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent high school diploma with relevant experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to document, plan, and execute technical programs
• Competency in multi-system troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
