GE HealthCare seeks a Customer Service Engineer to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on MR modality equipment at customer sites in Hyderabad. The role involves system-level repairs, field modifications, preventive maintenance documentation, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot all MR modality equipment models in assigned territory
Complete field modification instructions and preventive maintenance service documentation
Resolve complex technical issues using established procedures and protocols
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and serve as technical interface
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address out-of-scope technical issues
Requirements
3+ years of field service experience with MR modality equipment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent high school diploma with relevant experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to document, plan, and execute technical programs
Competency in multi-system troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
