GE HealthCare seeks a Customer Service Engineer to deliver on-site maintenance, repairs, and inspections for medical equipment installations. The role involves executing technical field services, making engineering decisions within defined parameters, and building customer relationships at installation sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site life extensions, repairs, inspections, and equipment commissioning activities
• Execute specialized tasks including on-site machining, NDT, blading, winding, welding, and generator diagnostics
• Make engineering decisions within established procedures and escalate complex issues appropriately
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships as primary technical interface
• Expand technical discipline knowledge to support organizational policy and strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years of field services experience
• Mandatory hands-on experience with cyclotron equipment
• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with equivalent relevant experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to document, plan, and execute technical programs
