GE HealthCare seeks a Customer Service Engineer to maintain and service MR modality medical equipment in the Hyderabad region. The role involves system-level troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, field modifications, and customer relationship management for assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
Maintain all MR modality equipment models in assigned geographic area
Perform system-level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom equipment problems
Complete Field Modification Instructions and Preventive Maintenance Service documentation timely
Develop and maintain customer relationships while serving as technical interface
Resolve maintenance issues using established procedures, escalating when necessary
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from accredited institution or high school diploma with relevant experience
5+ years field service experience with MR modality equipment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to document, plan, and execute maintenance programs
System-level troubleshooting expertise on complex multi-symptom problems
