About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through calls, emails, and live chat.
2. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
3. Resolve customer complaints, service-related issues, and inquiries while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
4. Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service.
5. Provide detailed information regarding company products, services, policies, and procedures.
6. Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records using CRM tools.
7. Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate departments for timely resolution.
8. Achieve performance targets, including customer satisfaction, quality standards, and productivity metrics.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
