1. Handle inbound customer calls related to HSBC credit cards.Client Relationship Management (CRM) Computer skills Customer Support Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) Interpersonal skills Problem Solving

Good customer-handling, problem-solving, and cross-selling skills.
Comfortable working in rotational day shifts with 2 rotational weekly offs.
