Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing client relationships and maintaining client satisfaction.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
3. Understand client requirements and provide timely assistance.
4. Track pending requests and follow up for resolution.
5. Maintain regular communication with clients.
6. Escalate client issues to the appropriate team when required.
7. Maintain records of client interactions and provide updates to the reporting manager.
8. Handle client queries, requests, and follow-ups.
