Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
Book diagnostic appointments and confirm booking details.
Support patients in arranging diagnostic appointments.
Coordinate appointment updates with diagnostic centres.
Follow up with patients and provide clear booking information.
Candidate Requirements:
Freshers only; age 18–25 years.
Good Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.
