Key Responsibilities
Maintain documentation for enquiries, orders, post sales
Coordinate with sales team and site installation teams for requirement gathering
Ensure on-time delivery of technical and commercial queries
Visit sites for support and troubleshooting as required
Issue sales orders and give feedback to factory team
Manage accounting information for cost of sales and payment collection
Support sales office responsibilities as needed
Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Interpersonal skills MS-Excel MS-Office
Earn certifications in these skills
