About the job

Rotational shift(us shift)- 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs
Location - Mumbai

Key responsibilities:

1. Answer inbound calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
2. Assist clients with inquiries and technical issues, and provide information about our services
3. Communicate effectively with clients and candidates, showcasing your strong English proficiency
4. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
