About the job

We are looking for responsible, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Operations & Customer Support Executives to support our US-based event ticketing operations. The role includes a mix of customer support and operational work.

A. Key responsibilities:

1. Customer support through phone, email, and text
2. Data entry and event information updates
3. Google Sheets/Excel and basic administrative work
4. Checking and proofreading information for accuracy
5. Communicating with clients/event organizers when required
6. Facebook/social media updates and basic Canva work
7. Assisting with payment disputes/chargebacks
8. Cross-checking another team member's work for accuracy

B. Work schedule:

1. This role requires a flexible 8-hour evening/overnight shift based on business and team coverage requirements.
2. Typical shifts may include:
4:00 PM - 12:00 midnight IST (not flexible)
12:00 midnight - 8:00 AM IST (flexible)
3. Candidates must be comfortable with both shift timings and available to work weekends and Indian public holidays when scheduled.

A. What we're looking for:

1. Excellent spoken and written English

2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy

3. Good computer and typing skills

4. Comfortable speaking with US customers on the phone

5. Familiar with Gmail, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic social media

6. Able to learn new software and procedures quickly

7. Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet environment for calls

8. Experience in customer service, BPO, virtual assistance, data entry, back-office operations, or similar roles is preferred.

9. Freshers with strong communication and computer skills are also welcome.

B. Selection Process:

1. Shortlisted candidates will complete a short practical assessment followed by an interview.

3. Compensation may be negotiable for particularly strong candidates.

4. After probation, salary will be reviewed based on performance, skills, reliability, and the level of responsibility you can handle, with strong growth potential for high performers.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 21,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 4,20,000 /year
