We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused associate who can communicate clearly across phone calls and digital platforms while adapting to a fast-paced work environment. The role combines direct customer support with online assistance, with an emphasis on resolving concerns efficiently and maintaining a consistent, positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver reliable customer support by addressing queries promptly and ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
2. Review customer feedback and communication trends to identify areas for improving service quality.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to maintain platform security, service reliability, and a safe digital environment.
4. Troubleshoot common technical issues and guide customers through practical solutions.
5. Manage incoming requests across voice calls, email, chat, and other digital communication channels.
6. Use analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle varied customer concerns and identify effective solutions to recurring issues.
7. Organise daily tasks efficiently while contributing to overall business performance and customer satisfaction.
