Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls from customers regarding product or service inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing timely solutions.
Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Escalation: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level management or relevant departments as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure quality service during night hours.
Adherence to KPIs: Meet and exceed individual performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and response times.
Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office

● Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
● Skills:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills

o Proficiency call center systems
● Availability: Must be available to work the night shift hours and handle late-night customer queries.
● Technical: Basic computer skills and experience with call center technology is a plus.
● Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
