About the job

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. The role involves managing B2B clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable 360 digital marketing solutions, and converting qualified prospects into successful business deals. This is a client-facing sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys communication, relationship building, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect with and understand the requirements of B2B clients.
2. Explain and pitch our 360 digital marketing services.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
4. Follow up with potential clients and convert opportunities into successful closures.
5. Understand client business goals and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
7. Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales/client records.
8. Work towards assigned sales and conversion targets.
