About the job

Plant Parent Co. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Customer Support Associate to join our team. You'll be responsible for assisting customers primarily through email, resolving their queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer queries and requests primarily through email.
2. Learn and use our internal customer support system and processes.
3. Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
4. Follow established support procedures and guidelines.
5. Keep track of customer conversations and follow-ups.
6. Escalate complex or unresolved issues when required.
7. Maintain clear, professional, and friendly communication with customers.
8. Ensure customer concerns are handled promptly and appropriately.
