• Role: E-Relationship Associate – Email & Chat Support

• Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year

• No of Position -30+

• Qualification: Any Graduate

• Job Type: 3-6 Months Probation later Full time based on performance/business requirements

• Salary : 15-20K (Take home)

• Work Mode: Work From Office

• Location: Perungudi -Chennai

• Shift: UK/US Rotational Shifts

• Week Off: Rotational Week Off

• Payroll: Flex-work 

• Probation: 3–6 Months

• Confirmation: Full-time conversion based on performance & business requirements.

Job Description

We are hiring E-Relationship Associates for a Non-Voice Email & Chat Support process.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through email and chat , providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining good customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Email & Chat.

• Provide accurate and timely responses to customers.

• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain professional written communication.

• Follow company processes and quality guidelines.

• Achieve productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate.

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.

• Good English communication and typing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Willing to work in UK/US rotational shifts .

• Comfortable with rotational week offs.

• Willing to work from the office.
