About the job

As a Technical Customer Service Associate at Ring (an Amazon company), you will help customers solve problems with their Ring devices. You will answer customer questions through phone calls, chat, and email, and make sure they have a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Help customers with Ring devices and accounts.
2. Listen carefully and solve technical problems.
3. Guide customers to set up and use their devices.
4. Troubleshoot issues like Wi-Fi connection and device setup.
5. Record customer issues and the solutions provided.
6. Work with other teams when an issue needs further support.
7. Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
8. Provide friendly, professional, and patient service.
