Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, logistics, manufacturing, and sales representatives on service requests
• Process orders, quotes, and bookings using ERP systems such as SAP CRM/ECC
• Manage end-to-end order status, billing requests, and contract administration
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payment status, and account issues
• Resolve problems using established procedures and drive solutions collaboratively

Requirements

• Graduate or diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years hands-on customer service experience
• 2+ years order management or back-office operations experience
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP or CRM experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
