JOB TITLE: Customer Sales Representative
CAMPAIGN: Inbound Energy Sales
LOCATION: Near Janakpuri East metro Station
TIMINGS: 4:30 AM till 2:30 PM
WORKING DAYS: Monday to Friday (Saturday Half Day)
WEEK OFF: Sunday
MARKETPLACE: Australia
SALARY: Upto 6 LPA excluding uncapped incentives

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be handling inbound customer interactions for energy sales campaigns. This position is responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their electricity and gas requirements, and providing tailored solutions that align with company offerings. If you are someone who likes chasing targets to make money, this is the right fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Present energy products and services clearly, highlighting benefits and value propositions.
2. Convert customer inquiries into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion.
3. Build rapport and trust to ensure a positive customer experience.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes in CRM systems.
5. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.
7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and improve performance.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 7,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 1,50,000 /year
