About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact.2. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
3. Handle client issues proactively and escalate when required to ensure timely resolution.
4. Support account retention and identify opportunities for account growth.
5. Maintain accurate documentation and prepare regular reports. Note: 1. This is a work-from-office role at Sheikh Sarai Phase I, Delhi 110017.
2. Office shift time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
