Tarunima is a growing fashion and saree brand focused on delivering quality products and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
2. Follow up on abandoned carts and assist customers with their purchases.
3. Confirm COD orders to reduce cancellations and RTO.
4. Manage NDR cases, coordinate reattempts, and resolve address-related issues.
5. Follow up on delayed shipments and coordinate with courier partners.
6. Escalate and resolve courier-related issues.
