About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage customer queries, complaints, and service requests.2. Coordinate with customers and service professionals for smooth service delivery.
3. Follow up with customers regarding bookings, service completion, and feedback.
4. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases.
5. Monitor bookings, cancellations, and customer satisfaction.
6. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
7. Encourage repeat bookings and build long-term customer relationships.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely doorstep services.
9. Inform customers about service updates, offers, and promotions.
10. Prepare daily reports on customer interactions, complaints, and booking status.
