About the job

We're looking for someone who wants more than a calling job - someone who wants to learn how an early-stage startup actually runs, directly alongside the founder.

Key responsibilities:

1. Call and follow up with customers and partners; scheduling pickups, confirming details, resolving queries, and building repeat relationships
2. Maintain accurate records of every customer interaction, pickup, and follow-up in our internal system
3. Directly support the founder on day-to-day operations, coordination with the team, and ad-hoc priorities - with growing ownership as you learn the business
4. Help track and organize daily/weekly operational data (attendance, pickups, customer status) to keep the team running smoothly

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,04,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 24,000 - 60,000 /year
