About the job

Juteearth is a Hyderabad-based manufacturer of premium jute, juco and cotton canvas bags. We make everything in-house, from cutting and stitching to printing and finishing, and supply corporate clients across India and buyers worldwide.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers worldwide, handling their enquiries and helping turn their logo or idea into a print-ready design for screen printing.

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer enquiries from India and abroad by phone, WhatsApp and email
2. Understand each customer's requirements: bag type, size, quantity, print and branding
3. Share product details, catalogues and quotations, and follow up on leads
4. Create and adapt print designs in CorelDRAW for screen printing (logos, artwork, mockups)
5. Prepare print-ready files: colour separation, sizing and placement on the bag
6. Coordinate with the production and printing team so orders run on time
7. Keep customer records and enquiry status up to date

Training provided: You don't need to know CorelDRAW yet. We will train you in print design for screen printing on the job. What we need is someone eager to learn and grow.

1. have minimum 1 years of experience

Other requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling (customer service, sales support, client coordination or similar)

2. Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu (spoken and written)

3. Common sense and practical thinking: understands what a customer really needs, uses good judgment and solves everyday problems without waiting to be told every step

4. Good communication and a polite, customer-friendly attitude

5. Basic computer skills (email, MS Office or Google Sheets)

6. Willing to learn - this matters most to us

7. Good to have: other languages (Tamil, Kannada, Arabic, French, etc.), experience with CorelDRAW/Illustrator/Photoshop, knowledge of screen printing or textile/bag industry, experience with international customers
