Responsibilities
Manage and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Analyze marketing performance data and optimize campaign strategies using analytics platforms
Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure brand consistency and campaign delivery
Translate complex technical information into compelling marketing messages for target audiences
Maintain stakeholder relationships and present results across matrix organizational structure
Requirements
Advanced degree with no prior experience, or bachelor's degree plus 2 years B2B marketing experience
Expertise in digital marketing channels: email, social, search, display
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager
Advanced data analysis and visualization skills using PowerBI or Adobe Analytics
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Strong project management capabilities and stakeholder communication skills
Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
