About the job

We're looking for a 'Customer Care Executive' who can be the first point of contact for AMINU customers and help them have a smooth, informed, and thoughtful experience with the brand.

Key responsibilities:

1. Speak with customers over calls and help them with skincare and AMINU products.
2. Handle customer queries through WhatsApp/chat, email, and calls.
3. Understand customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
4. Provide accurate information about AMINU products, ingredients, and usage.
5. Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations.
6. Take ownership of customer issues and provide end-to-end solutions.
7. Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns.
8. Identify recurring customer feedback and share insights with the team.

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai | On-site
Work Days: Monday-Saturday
Timings: 10 AM-7 PM
Salary range: 3- 4 LPA
