About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling customer calls, Emails and messages.
2. Assist customers in understanding pricing, financing options, government incentives, scheduling service slots and delivery timelines.
3. Optimise call handling time, response times for emails and chats, and overall customer satisfaction.
4. Handle customer escalations, inquiries, and tickets to provide timely resolutions and close them before the TAT.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions using CRM software.
