Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote IDFC FIRST Bank products and services.
2. Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through effective sales conversations.
3. Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, charges, and application procedures clearly.
4. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products, such as credit cards, loans, or other applicable offerings.
5. Follow up with interested customers to complete applications and achieve sales conversions.
6. Verify customer details and ensure accurate documentation as per bank policies.
