About the job

1. CRM & Customer Acquisition: Manage customer and lead databases, track enquiries, conduct follow-ups, maintain CRM records, and convert potential leads into customers.
2. Business Development & Partnerships: Identify and approach pet shops, veterinary clinics, groomers, pet service providers, and other potential business partners. Coordinate meetings and support vendor onboarding.
3. Sales & Growth Operations: Execute customer acquisition campaigns, distribute marketing materials, maintain daily activity reports, track conversions, and coordinate field visits to generate business opportunities.
