Responsibilities

• Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
• Integrate AI-driven agents into software workflows to automate and optimize business processes.
• Maintain and improve existing software for performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
• Debug, test, and refine software to meet quality and performance standards.
• Document development processes and code changes.

• Guide and support junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
• Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable software components aligned with business objectives.
• Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Experience debugging, testing, and refining software.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and align technical solutions with organizational goals.
• 15 years of full-time education.
