About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and file bills of entry accurately in compliance with customs regulations
2. Handle shipping documentation, including invoices and shipping bills
3. Classify goods correctly using tariff schedules and HSN codes
4. Ensure compliance with customs and government regulations
5. Maintain proper documentation records for audits and compliance checks
6. Stay updated on customs regulations, tariff changes, and trade laws
7. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams
