About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design STEM curricula and learning experiences that simplify robotics and electronics concepts for students.
2. Create hands-on activities, curriculum content, manuals, worksheets, and project guides.
3. Understand and test robotics and electronics products to develop accurate learning content.
4. Simplify technical concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand learning experiences.
5. Design creative learning flows that support effective student learning.
6. Develop complete product documentation, including content structures and step-by-step instructions.
7. Create diagrams and visual learning materials to support product understanding.
8. Develop troubleshooting guides to help students and users resolve common issues.
9. Manage end-to-end documentation while ensuring a clear and user-friendly documentation experience.

Other requirements

1. Strong creative thinking; able to find interesting ways to explain technical concepts to children.

2. Good documentation and technical writing skills, with attention to structure, clarity, and user experience.

3. Ability to think from a student/teacher perspective and identify where instructions may be confusing.

4. Interest in creating hands-on activities, experiments, challenges, worksheets, manuals, and project guides.

5. Comfortable building and testing activities themselves, rather than only writing content.

6. Freshers with strong robotics/STEM projects and creative portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 3,50,000 /year
