Primary Function :The IAM Operations Manager is responsible for leading the organizations IAM operations team across all IAM functions, with a primary focus on incident and problem response, general administration, monitoring, system availability, and compliance tasks. This role will also be responsible for execution of IAM strategies, policies, and risk management practices to safeguard the organizations systems, data, and https://jobeax.com/link/aVGYzAkvI1UJhlBL Duties :- Manage team workflows, enforcing service-level agreements, and running security tools like Saviynt, MS Entra, CyberArk etc.- Manage ongoing IAM operations and lead internal and multiple supplier teams in assessing severity, developing mitigation strategies, and prioritizing risk reduction activities.- Oversee maintenance and specific problem resolution. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues. Oversee delivery assurance, quality, and architectural governance.- Coordinate and communicate with multiple business units and various stakeholders at all levels during incidents. Provide updates and actionable recommendations.- Oversee root cause analysis and ensure that lessons learned are integrated into improved processes and protection.- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, standard operating procedures, and incident response playbooks. Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation and standardized procedures to ensure consistent practices, traceability, and knowledge sharing across IAM functions.- Establish policies for Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Access Management (AM).- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and hybrid IT infrastructures.- Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to translate identity requirements into scalable, compliant solutions that are clearly understood.- Work across functions to improve IAM solutions to enhance compliance requirements and best practices.- Manage, coach, and mentor IAM operations staff, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.- Define team objectives, evaluate performance, and support professional growth through training and development.- Conduct industry and market research and maintain a working knowledge of technologies and emerging trends in the IAM space.
