As a CTO - AI & Hardware, you will spearhead the integration of advanced computer vision and audio AI solutions, driving innovation in hardware design and software development across intelligent systems. You will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver robust, scalable products that leverage OpenCV, deep learning frameworks, and low‑level C++ programming, ensuring high performance and reliability in edge devices. Your strategic vision will align technology roadmap with business goals, while you mentor engineers, establish best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in a fast‑paced Bengaluru environment. Requirements

• Define and execute the technology vision and strategy for AI and hardware integration.

• Oversee end‑to‑end development of computer vision and audio AI applications using OpenCV and advanced deep learning libraries.

• Architect and optimize embedded systems, ensuring seamless C++ integration and performance benchmarks.

• Lead hardware selection, prototyping, and validation, collaborating closely with electronics, firmware, and manufacturing teams.

• Drive continuous improvement of AI models, from data acquisition to model training, inference, and deployment pipelines.

• Mentor and grow the engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

• Manage cross‑functional projects, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

• Evaluate emerging technologies, conduct proof‑of‑concepts, and recommend adoption strategies.

• Proven experience leading AI and hardware engineering teams in a startup or tech firm.

• Deep expertise in computer vision, audio AI, and OpenCV with a track record of production deployments.

• Strong background in C++ for performance‑critical systems and embedded applications.

• Hands‑on experience with hardware prototyping, FPGA/ASIC design, and sensor integration.

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
