About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage CSR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
2. Liaise with corporate partners, donors, and stakeholders for CSR collaborations and funding opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with companies for CSR initiatives and long-term partnerships.
4. Manage end-to-end project planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting.
5. The candidate must be proficient in managing social media platforms.
6. Prepare impactful presentations, proposals, and donor reports.
7. Represent the organization at meetings, events, CSR forums, and partner visits.
8. Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, documentation, and audits.
9. Coordinate with internal teams for project monitoring, storytelling, and data collection.
10. Drive visibility and awareness of the organization's work through strategic communication.
11. Willing to travel nationally and internationally.

1. Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, or related fields.

4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Strong command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

6. Preferred Experience in fundraising, corporate outreach, or development partnerships.

7. 2–5 years of experience working in the Corporate, NGO, or CSR ecosystem.
