About BRL Tech

We're a CRM consulting firm based in Pune, working with businesses across India for over 7 years. Most CRM projects fail for the same reason: the software gets installed, the team never adopts it, and within a year everyone's back on Excel. We work differently. We help you pick the right CRM, configure it around how your business actually sells, train your team, and support you long after go-live because a CRM only pays for itself once people are using it daily. We've done this for 250+ companies.
