This position acts as the first line of support for both business and IT teams.- Production Support and Application Monitoring : Provide front line support to business and IT teams. Ensure production applications are operating optimally, addressing issues that may affect efficiency or stability. This involves constant monitoring and troubleshooting, particularly for Azure cloud applications.- CI/CD Pipeline Management : Configure, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes, reduce downtime, and improve the overall reliability of application delivery.- Incident Management and Troubleshooting : Provide round-the-clock support.
