Creative Visual Designer (Marketing) – Join Our Team

Can you transform a creative brief into scroll-stopping visuals, captivating videos, and high-impact campaigns? We’re seeking a versatile, visually driven creator who can shoot, edit, design, and bring ideas to life — all while elevating our brand’s visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints.

Location & Logistics

  • Location: Gurgaon
  • Experience Required: 1–3 years (a strong portfolio demonstrating real-world impact is highly valued)
  • Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday–Friday)

Core Responsibilities

You’ll lead the full visual lifecycle — from concept development through to final delivery.

Videography: Capture high-quality footage using professional cameras, demonstrating expertise in framing, lighting, and composition.

Photography: Produce product, fashion, and lifestyle imagery for campaigns, social media, and in-store applications.

️ Video Editing: Edit dynamic content (Reels, Stories, campaign films) with attention to pacing, narrative flow, and seamless transitions.

✨ Motion Graphics & Animation: Develop kinetic typography, 2D/3D animations, and visual effects to strengthen storytelling.

Graphic Design: Create store branding assets, social carousels, ads, and AI-enhanced visuals — all in alignment with brand guidelines.

Creative Conceptualisation: Contribute fresh, trend-aware visual ideas that resonate with our target audience.

Post-Production: Execute colour grading, retouching, sound design, compositing, and export-ready rendering.

️ Required Technical Skills

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom
  • DaVinci Resolve (for colour grading and editing)
  • Bonus: Blender (for advanced 3D and animation work)

✅ Essential Qualifications

Proven experience in both videography and photography is required — not limited to editing or design in isolation. A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across formats (video, photography, motion graphics, and static design) is essential.
