About the job

You own the thinking behind every client account. Before a single post goes out, you've figured out who we're talking to, what the client actually sells, how they sound, and what will make someone stop scrolling. You work directly with founders, sit in on shoots, and are accountable for whether the content strategy works.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Account foundations (first 2 weeks of every new client)
1. Optimize client profiles across LinkedIn and Instagram.
2. Break down the offer, what the client sells, at what price, to whom, and what the buying objections are.
3. Break down positioning, what the client stands for, what they stand against, and what makes them different from others in their category.
4. Break down the ideal customer profile (ICP), who the content is written for, what they're struggling with, and what they already believe.

B. Research
1. Conduct audience research.
2. Conduct topic research.
3. Conduct format research.

C. Content direction
1. Prepare ideation documents.
2. Develop a voice document, capturing how the founder actually speaks so anyone on the team can write in their voice.
3. Prepare shoot briefs, including what's being filmed, the hook, the setup, the B-roll, and the CTA.

D. Client-facing
1. Run strategy calls and monthly reviews.
2. Translate results into what changes next.
