About the job

Make music happen on the ground: workshops, concerts, student showcases and studio days. Nathaniel School of Music runs workshops at colleges and schools across Bengaluru, student showcases and recording days in our own studio. You plan them, fill them and run them, from the first idea to the last chair put away.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan workshops, concerts, showcases and studio days, with timelines and budgets.
2. Book venues, artists, gear and vendors, and keep everyone on schedule.
3. Fill the seats: work with colleges, schools and our community to bring people in.
4. Run the day itself: run sheets, sound checks, registrations and guests.
5. Capture the day in photos and short videos for our YouTube channel and short-form clips.
6. Write the follow-up: thank-you notes, feedback and what we will do better next time.

Where you will work: In person at our studio in Langford Town/Shanti Nagar, Bengaluru (No. 10, Berlie Street Cross, Shanti Nagar, Bengaluru 560025). This is not a remote or online job. Candidates already living in Bengaluru are preferred. If you are from another city, you are very welcome to apply, but you must be ready to move to Bengaluru at your own cost and join within two weeks.

About Nathaniel School of Music: Founded in 2008, we have trained more than 6,000 students. Today, 544 students from 25 countries learn with us live online and on our two portals (our live learning portal and Everything for Life, our self-paced video courses). Note:

1. Joining: immediately, within two weeks. Working days: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm.
2. Growth: a clear salary review after 6 months and a path to the top of the band for people who own their work.
