About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Head to lead the visual direction and creative execution across brands. You’ll shape campaign ideas, set the visual standard, and work closely with the wider creative team to turn concepts into high-quality work.

This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll be involved from the initial idea and visual direction through to execution, shoots, post-production, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities Creative Direction

• Lead the development and execution of creative campaigns across brands and platforms.
• Develop campaign concepts, visual directions, moodboards, and brand identities.
• Define and maintain a strong, consistent visual language across brand communication.
• Present and articulate creative ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to new business pitches, creative presentations, and proposals.

Creative Execution & Quality

• Review creative work across projects and ensure a consistently high standard of craft and execution.
• Guide projects from concept to final delivery, balancing creative ambition with timelines and client requirements.
• Lead and guide photoshoots, video shoots, retouching, and post-production.
• Work closely with Copywriters, Strategists, Motion Designers, and Account Managers to bring ideas to life.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on creative quality.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and develop Junior Art Directors and Designers.
• Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and support throughout the creative process.
• Help build a culture of strong ideas, experimentation, and attention to craft.

Trends & Innovation

• Stay current with evolving design, visual culture, digital trends, and creative formats.
• Explore and integrate AI-powered creative tools into ideation, visual exploration, content creation, and design workflows.
• Continuously look for smarter, faster, and more effective ways to improve the creative process.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, branding, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong visual taste and a high bar for creative craft.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good working knowledge of Figma .
• Motion graphics experience is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for ideation, visual exploration, content creation, and design workflows.
• Ability to confidently present, defend, and evolve creative ideas.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on with the work.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
