About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. Event Branding & Design:
1. Design event logos, branding concepts, themes, and visual identities.
2. Create stage backdrops, standees, banners, LED screen graphics, and event signage.
3. Design award certificates, trophy branding, invitations, brochures, and event collateral.
4. Develop branding materials for conferences, summits, and awards ceremonies.

B. Digital Marketing Creatives:
1. Design social media posts, LinkedIn creatives, Instagram posts, and promotional banners.
2. Create speaker announcements, award winner announcements, sponsor promotions, and event countdown creatives.
3. Develop email marketing banners, WhatsApp promotional creatives, and digital invitations.
4. Maintain consistent branding across all event communication channels.

C. Presentation & Print Design
1. Create professional PowerPoint presentations, speaker profiles, and sponsor presentations.
2. Prepare print-ready artwork for certificates, brochures, standees, and other event materials.
3. Ensure correct dimensions, resolution, colour formats, and print specifications.

D. Coordination & Execution:
1. Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and event operations teams to understand creative requirements.
2. Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly.
3. Manage multiple event brands and deliverables simultaneously.
4. Ensure all creatives are delivered accurately and on time, particularly before event dates.
5. Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and brand assets.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.

2. Knowledge of Canva and PowerPoint is desirable.

3. Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and brand identity.

4. Experience in digital creatives and print production.

5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.

6. Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of assigned work.
