Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Creative Head to lead the creative direction across all client accounts. This role will be responsible for shaping brand narratives, driving high-quality creative output, and mentoring multidisciplinary creative teams. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with leadership, storytelling, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the overall creative vision and strategy across all client portfolios.
Lead and manage integrated creative teams including copywriters, art directors, designers, filmmakers, and content creators.
Set, maintain, and elevate benchmarks for creativity, originality, storytelling, and craft across all deliverables.
Oversee ideation, concept development, and execution across digital, social, film, print, and integrated campaigns.
Ensure creative output aligns with brand strategy, client objectives, and cultural relevance.
Collaborate closely with Client Servicing, Strategy, Media, and Production teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Present creative ideas and campaign narratives to senior clients and stakeholders.
Review, refine, and approve all creative work before final delivery.
Mentor and coach creative talent, fostering skill development and leadership growth within the team.
Build a strong creative culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging formats, platforms, and consumer behavior.
Contribute to new business pitches, brand presentations, and agency thought leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Creative Head, Creative Director, or Senior Creative Lead in an agency environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, storytelling, and brand-building work.
Expertise across copy, visual design, film, digital, and social content.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people-management skills.
Strong presentation and client-facing communication abilities.
Strategic thinker with hands-on creative execution capability.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and tight deadlines without compromising quality.
