About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach a six-month program covering federal and state tax compliance, including Forms 1040, 1120, 1065, 1099s, W-2, FBAR, and 5471
2. Explain different entity structures, including LLCs, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, and partnerships
3. Teach tax deductions and international taxation concepts, including DTAA provisions and FATCA reporting

Who can apply

1. have minimum 1 years of experience

Other requirements

1. Are a qualified Indian CA-EA, qualified or working towards it

2. Have hands-on experience with US tax filings- not just the theory, but actually preparing 1040s, 1120s, or multi-state returns

3. Can explain the difference between an S-Corp and an LLC election, or walk someone through FBAR filing requirements, in plain language

4. Genuinely enjoy teaching and mentoring- not just lecturing

5. Are comfortable with remote, async work with live evening classes
